Qualified

Álvaro Odriozola, Adnan Januzaj and Héctor Moreno are the txuri-urdin internationals playing the World Cup in Russia. The final round of group matches has drawn to a close, and the last 16 has been finalised. Spain, Belgium and Mexico have qualified. 

Adnan Januzaj was the star on the match against England. The Belgian played 85 minutes and scored the winning goal. Thus, Belgium qualify as group winners. On his behalf, Héctor Moreno, played all 90 minutes of Mexico’s 0-3 defeat of Sweden. Mexico are runners-up of their group but the defender will miss the first match of the knockout stage after being booked twice during the group stage. Finally, Álvaro Odriozola didn’t play on the 2-2 draw against Morocco. Spain progress as group winners and will face hosts Russia on Sunday at 16:00. Mexico will face Brazil in the next round (Monday, 16:00) and Belgium will face Japan (Monday, 20:00). 


Odriozola:

Spain 3–3 Portugal: Friday, 20:00, Sochi. He didn’t play. 

Spain 1–0 Iran: Wednesday, 20:00, Kaliningrad. He didn’t play. 

Spain 2-2 Morocco: Monday, 20:00, Kaliningrad. He didn’t play. 

Spain-Russia: Sunday, 16:00, Moscow. 


Januzaj:

Belgium 3–0 Panama, Monday, 17:00, Rostov-on-Don.. He didn’t play.

Belgium 5–2 Tunisia, Saturday, 14:00, Moscow. He didn’t play.

England 0-1 Belgium: Thursday, 20:00,Kaliningrad. He played 85 minutes and scored the winning goal.

Belgium-Japan: Monday, 20:00, Rostov-on-Don. 


H. Moreno:

Germany 0–1 Mexico: Sunday, 17:00, Moscow. Played all 90 minutes. 

Republic of Korea 1–2 Mexico, Saturday, 17:00, Rostov-on-Don. Played all 90 minutes. 

Mexico 0-3 Sweden: Wednesday, 16:00. Ekaterimburg. Played all 90 minutes.

Brasil-Mexico: Monday, 16:00, Samara.
