New Anoeta

First phase

Relocation of South Stand season-ticket holders

We've prepared a season-ticket holder relocation plan, which throughout a series of different stages will manage the temporary allocation of those seats which are affected by the renovation work.

Up until 22 March inclusive

Which seats will be affected?
All of those in the South Stand.
Where will we be relocated to?:
To free seats throughout the rest of the stadium. We're aware that the idea of 'better' seats is subjective, but we'll try to ensure that you all continue to enjoy the football from seats that are similar in standard to you current seat.
Will I still be able to watch the game with my family/friends?
We're going to relocate all fans in groups, wherever possible.
What do I have to do?
It's very important that you fill in the attached form and provide all of the requested details, especially the part about who you attend games with, so that we can relocate you together.
How will the process work?
  1. Forms can be submitted up until and including 22/03.
  2. Based on the information received, we will organise the applications into groups.
  3. We will calculate an individual score, which will consider how long you've been a season-ticket holder for, whether you're a shareholder and how frequently you attend games at Anoeta. A group's points total will be the average of its members' scores. The scores of fans aged under 14 will not have a negative impact on the average score of the groups they belong to.
  4. We will send you an individual email containing a 3D image of the view from your pre-allocated seat from 18/04 onwards.
  5. Each season-ticket holder will be able toaccept or reject their new seat. This step must be take to confirm the pre-allocated seat. This can be done up to 30/04 (inclusive).
  6. If the seat is released, the pre-allocated seat will be cancelled. We will be in touch after 01/05 to offer you a new seat from amongst those released in the previous phase.
