La Real are progressing steadily through the Copa del Rey. The txuri urdin beat CD Leganés 2-3 at Butarque thanks to a goal by Isak and a brace by Oyarzabal.
Isak put the visitors into the ascendancy beating the home keeper with a sublime lob. However, in another one-on-one, the goalkeeper beat the Swedish player. Chances began to come for the txuri urdin whereas the side from Madrid tried their best with some dead balls. Just before the break, the realistas extended their lead when Oyarzabal helped steer an Olasagasti effort past the shot-stopper.
Despite the numerical disadvantage Leganés started the second half on the front foot. The hosts were successful in one of their attacks and that forced Imanol's team not to lower their guard. Muñoz’s goal breathed new life into Leganés and they swiftly crafted another chance to level before the game, which Muñoz did. La Real had to react. Then, Oyarzabal won a penalty which he materialized from eleven yards to give the txuri urdin the victory.
