Real Sociedad now knows their opponent for the Round of 32 in the Copa del Rey. This morning’s draw at the RFEF headquarters paired the txuri-urdin with SD Ponferradina, a team currently competing in the Primera Federación following their relegation last season. The single-leg tie will take place on the weekend of January 4-5 at El Toralín. This will be the first official meeting between the two sides.
