LaLiga Genuine has already started. The first of the fourth match games took place in Vila-Real and has gathered 18 teams which players have intellectual disabilities. The Real team players are part of the ATZEGI association. During this wonderful weekend, the txuri-urdin team played very good matches.
Even that the team lost against Atlético de Madrid, Villarreal CF and RCD Mallorca, our players fought and exerted themselves. This weekend has meant much more than just three football games. The flight to Castellón, the cohabitation, the team work, the spirit and attitude they showed is worth more than a victory.
Now it´s time to rest and keep training to prepare the next LaLiga Genuine games. The second match game will take place in Tarragona from January 19 to 21.
