Erreala y Olé

Thousands of realistas were planning a trip to Seville when a damn pandemic forced us to stop. We would no longer enjoy this wonderful city, its culture, its neighborhoods and traditions. There is a special chemistry between Basque and Andalusian. Less than a year ago, the party was guaranteed. 

However, it will not be possible. We’ll have to postpone it. Now, it’s time to enjoy –and suffer–from our homes. Since we won't be traveling to Seville, we have brought a little bit of its culture to San Sebastián. For this reason, Sonakay, a group from Gipuzkoa who mixes flamenco and Basque, have created an special version of the ‘Txuri Urdin’.

The song has been recorded in the AME studios, in Mutriku, under the direction of Axular Arizmendi. We would like to thank Hika Txakolindegia for its collaboration and support in this initiative. This is our little tribute to that great land called Andalusia.
