IRAITZ ARROSPIDE

Gets the standard qualifying

This morning, Iraitz Arrospide got the standard qualifying for the Olympic Games at the Valencia marathon with his 02:11.00. Moreover, he run a new personal best, his previous best being 2:13.23  and may be selected for next year’s Tokyo Olympic Games. The Real Sociedad athlete has been the fourth Spanish top performer at the Valencia marathon. The IAAF allows a maximum of three (3) athletes per country per individual event which means that he probably will not be able to attend. However, he has complied with the standards of the Real Federación Española de Atletismo. The txuri urdin sportsman’s clear progression has been evident. He is in better shape than ever. Congratulations Iraitz!
