Hybrid pitch installation

The second phase of the change of turf of the Reale Arena began this morning. Last Saturday, Real hosted its first game on new turf field vs SD Eibar and today morning, groundsmen started working on the installation of the final hybrid pitch. Hybrid grass is natural turf reinforced with polyethylene fibres, installed with injection technology. The company in charge of the installation is SIS PITCHES (Great Britain) and the work will be done in 9 or 10 days. The new pitch will be in perfect condition for the clash against FC Barcelona on December 14.
