Real Sociedad is the fourth most valuable club in LaLiga and ranks among the top 32 most valuable clubs in Europe, according to the prestigious annual Football Benchmark report. The ranking is topped by Real Madrid, with a valuation of €6.278 billion.
With a business valuation of €529 million, the txuri urdin club is seen as this year’s breakthrough club on the list and stands out as a model of sustainability. Posting a year-on-year growth of 35%, Real Sociedad has climbed four spots in the global ranking. Thanks to a remarkable 35% year-on-year growth, Real Sociedad has moved up four places in the global standings.
“It’s encouraging to see clubs like Real Sociedad achieve a 35% increase in value, the second-largest growth in our ranking. It clearly shows that ambition and value creation extend beyond LaLiga’s traditional giants,” said Antonio Di Cianni, Director of Football Finance and Strategy at Football Benchmark.
