The members of the north stand of Anoeta, which will be renewed during the upcoming season, have been offered temporary seats for relocation during the course of Season 2018/19. 6,018 are the people affected by the remodeling (demolition and construction process). Today, they were contacted by email in order to give them information about their temporary seats and a 3D panoramic view from their new seat.
Where do I see my temporary seat?
Every person relocated can now enjoy a panoramic view of the stadium from their temporary seat. Our members can find their personal information and the 3D view from their seats both in the official web private area (Mi Real-Mi Cuenta-Datos del Socio-Visión Interactiva) and in the Realzale App (once updated in the Store). To this end, members must register and identify themselves as members in Mi Real area, in realsociedad.eus, or in the Realzale App. Thus, you only have to log in to access and automatically, you will find this display screen in your profile.

Allocation criteria
22,000 people had their seats guaranteed and now, members with seats in the north stand must be relocated. Taking the capacity of the venue into account, and in accordance with the scales laid down by the club, we have tried to regroup members as the applicants had requested.
On the other hand, with some specific exceptions, the members of the north stand have been relocated in a equivalent stand (upper or low). Not a single member will pay a higher price at the time of relocation.
