We are who we are because we are who we are. A club that loves its people, its land and its values. A club which loves its academy. An academy that produces top players who are the result of the good work done at Zubieta since the day they arrive.
This training process influences our players and gives them the feeling of belonging. Their spirit is involved in what Real defends which is the love for our land and the way of doing and feeling things. Our youth academy players join a project for the future which sees them promote to the first team with Zubieta's training deep inside. When they are at the top, they demonstrate everything they have learned and lived in our academy.
