Promotes to the first team

Real Sociedad and the homegrown player Martín Merquelanz have reached an agreement over an extension to the player’s contract. The new contract will tie the txuri-urdin player to the club until June 30, 2020. Merquelanz, who took part in the first team’s pre-season is now a first team player. Merquelanz will wear numer 16.
