The successes of our women's teams keep receiving recognition. Real Sociedad’s football and field hockey teams have been welcomed by The Basque regional president Iñigo Urkullu in Vitoria-Gasteiz after having won the Copa de la Reina and finishing runners-up in the Eurohockey Club Cup. Together with the txuri urdin teams, other athletes and teams that have won national, European and international championships during the past 12 months also received acknowledgment. The Bera Bera handball club was also there. The Basque regional president accepted both our women’s teams jerseys signed by the two squads. The President Jokin Aperribay accompanied the players to the reception.
