Next Sunday, the south stand new tarp will be displayed in Anoeta. This morning, the workers set up the 70 meters long and 9 meters high tarp. The new tarp covers the entire width of the playing field and will embellish the stadium look while the south stand refurbishment continues.
The tarp is made of polyester fabric and coated with PVC. It is very light and allows the wind to pass. It is placed both on a concrete basement and on a removable and reusable metal structure. The tarp has been fixed and tightened to the structure with fabric flanges that are tied to the tarp different eyelets.
The designers have chosen one of the most famous txuri-urdin battle cries: ‘Bat, bi, hiru, lau, bost, sei, zazpi, REAL!’ We hope that this new tarp brings in new goals and a new victory.
