Real Sociedad and Aritz Elustondo have agreed a contract extension until June 30, 2024. The player from Beasain penned his contract extension at the Reale Arena at midday.

Aritz has spoken of his joy following his contract renewal with the realistas. “I'm hugely grateful for the confidence shown in me by the club. I have played many seasons in the first team and I’m aware of my responsibility”, a smiling Elustondo said. Aritz, who has recovered from COVID-19, thinks that “next season will be vital and we must be ambitious in all the competitions. I hope this becomes a routine”.
