"We'll take actions against the criminals"

President Jokin Aperribay addressed the media following the match against SL Benfica to condemn the behavior of several fans from the Portuguese team.

"It pains me to speak on such a magnificent night, but I must apologize to Real fans. We have confiscated a lot from Benfica's fans; there have been numerous searches, but we couldn't seize everything. Real will pursue legal action against the criminals who launched the flares. We won't tolerate it. Real will pursue these criminals by any means necessary," he stated.
