We are proud to announce a new addition to our great family! It’s a new signing in a way as the new Real Sociedad mascot is here with us. His name is Txurdin and is inspired by the cartoon drawing of the club crest in the RS Comic – one of the many caricatures created by our artist Marrazketabar. With his mischievous stare, he promises a lot of fun moments.
Txurdin was born with one objective: to entertain the txuri urdin family and bring a smile – transmitting all of our values and representing the way we are. Social events, the great atmosphere during matches, the new family section in the stadium… so many reasons for our new ‘signing’. And another attraction for our younger fans to enjoy.
Presence during matches and events
Txurdin will make his debut on Saturday during the 110th anniversary celebrations in Sagüés and he will be present at all of Real Sociedad’s home games - and not just the games involving the Men’s team. He will also attend the Women’s team’s matches in Zubieta, as well as various social events for children. He’s another member of the family.
