South stand

Without stopping

Construction on Anoeta continue to progress without stopping. Considerable progress has been made in the south stand in the last weeks. The Aitor Zabaleta stand and the south stand are taking shape and it is estimated that both will be finished at the end of July. Subsequently, seats will be installed. Then, the roof and the facade will be built.

Second structure

Throughout this week, the structure of the south stand will be installed. It will be the second structure which is installed since the north stand construction was put in on May 30. 

In the next few hours, operational tests and load tests will be carried out. The tower cranes which lifted the south stand structure are now in the south stand and if the weather conditions are favorable, the south stand structure will be lifted this week.
