Making three-quarters of the stadium fit for us

To complete the extensions to the stands stretching along the touchlines, they will be joined to the lower tiers of the stands behind the goals, meaning that three of the arena's four sides will be joined together.

In addition, new turf will be laid on the pitch, which will be planted at the new pitch level in readiness to host games.

This stage and the interior fit-out of the toilets, bars, seating, etc. will leave three-quarters of the stadium fit for use and covered by the extended roof coverage. Upon completion of this stage, the stadium will be ready to be opened at the start of the following campaign, the 2018/19 season.
