Real left empty after tonight´s match against Levante UD. The txuri-urdin players were not bright but they deserved more, specially during the second half. This second consecutive defeat finishes the good run of results the team achieved at the beginning of the season.
Ciutat de Valencia is a difficult pitch. For any reason, it is not easy to play good football there. The match began even. Both teams tried hard to score, Llorente headed wide and the opponent team stroke twice but both shots were great saved by Rulli. The first occasion arrived with Aritz´s header against an upright. There were many occasions to score, Rulli saved a shot from Jason and Vela swung in the corner from the left. Twenty minutes before the half-time, Chema volleyed the ball into the back of the net and got the first goal for Levante.
During the second half, Real tried to turn the match upside down. Even that the local team had good occasions to score, the txuri urdin were dominating the match. In spite of this, Morales scored the second goal from the penalty spot. At the end of the match, Bardhi scored from a direct free kick and got the third goal for Levante.
It´s time to reset and think of Sunday´s match. We need to return to winning ways! Aupa Real!
