There are no easy games in LaLiga. It has been more than evident at Anoeta. Even though they deserved it, La Real failed to win against UD Las Palmas. A 2-2 draw doesn’t do justice. A point is not enough and makes it complicated for la Real to promote in the table.
What a start to the first half! La Real were excellent but Llorente and Zurutuza headers cannoned off the post. Although the team from Canary Islands have offensive quality, Eusebio's team were superior to the away team. Tana’s firm header provided the first goal for UD Las Palmas. It was unfair, but it was time to speed up. Ten minutes later, Willian José ’s great play netted the equalizer. We deserved to take the lead but were 1-1 at the half-time.
During the second half, La Real threw themselves into the match and had many chances. However, Willian José and Oyarzabal’s efforts were denied by the goalkeeper. Finally, Januzaj scored but two minutes later Viera scored from outside the box. The end of the match was a complete madness. There were chances for la Real and counterattacks for UD Las Palmas. Remy´s great effort was great saved by Rulli. La Real didn’t take the three points today.
