Today marks 53 years since Real promoted to the First Division in Puertollano (Ciudad Real). A day that thousands of txuri urdin fans will never forget. Real travelled to Puertollano in search of one point, just one point to win a spot in the First Division. Andoni Elizondo was the coach that made it possible. This marked the beginning of a new era for our club.
