The new Anoeta is almost ready. The works to lay the pitch started this afternoon, which means Real’s new home ground will be finished by September 15, in time to host the LaLiga game against Barcelona on September 15.
The pitch laying process started early this afternoon and is expected to finish on September 5. A total of 440 turf panels bought in Portugal and measuring 15 meters long and 1.20 meters wide each will be used at the new stadium.
