Tonight, Real overcame Valencia CF at the Reale Arena in a match where the txuri urdin served up a magical night with goals by Merino, Monreal and Januzaj. A resounding win.
The txuri urdin got off to a tremendous start and took the lead before the 15th minute. Merino headed it home to give Real a 1-0 lead. Valencia didn’t feel comfortable and the realistas did everything possible to ensure their win at home. Montreal tapped it in to double our lead at the stroke of half-time after a corner by Ødegaard. Great news before the break.
The start of the second half saw the hosts dominate possession and slightly more chances for the visitors. Both our goalkeeper and defense did it well. The goals continued for Real as Januzaj sent in a wonderful strike to make it 3-0. The game was sentenced but the squad wanted more goals and gave their all until the final whistle.
Another victory for the txuri urdin who are as happy as their fans. Don’t stop till you get enough! Aúpa Real!
