It’s the smallest of all the towns that took part in this Copa del Rey edition. Becerril de Campos, a village of 700 inhabitants and its team CD Becerril crossed paths with Real in the first round of the Copa. Relationships strengthened in that match and as promised, residents from the little Palencia town travelled to San Sebastián last Saturday. Invited by Jokin Aperribay, they watched the game vs Valencia.
The day was special since the very beginning. Together with their team, 500 CD Becerril fans visited our city and enjoyed a day they will never forget. Fan club members from Becerril and Real Sociedad had lunch and watched the game together. It was an amazing experience for a small and humble club which is great in character and personality. A draw joined two cities, two clubs and their fans. Friends from Becerril, this will always be your home.
