Shareholders reaffirm their confidence in the Board of Directors

Real Sociedad’s shareholders reaffirmed their confidence in the Board of Directors at the General Meeting held this afternoon at the Kursaal. With more than 99% of votes in favor of the six proposals presented, the txuri-urdin shareholders approved the financial accounts for the 2023-24 season and the budget for 2024-25. The assembly saw participation from 33.60% of the total share capital.
