Real Sociedad and Real Madrid have reached an agreement over the transfer of Álvaro Odriozola to the txuri urdin club. Real Sociedad has also reached an agreement with the local player, a deal that will tie him to the club until the end of the 2028-29 season.
Speed and energy for the right flank
Álvaro Odriozola returns home five years later. The 27-year-old full-back dazzled with his breakthrough in the first team during the 16-17 season. A season and a half was enough to catch the attention of Real Madrid, the club to which he was transferred in the summer of 2018. Over these past five seasons at Real Madrid, he had spells on loan at Bayern Munich and Fiorentina. A Txuri urdin at heart, Álvaro returns with a hunger for competition, eager to contribute in this exciting season, and to replicate those runs down the wing that made him an international player.
