La Real Sociedad has announced a partnership with Chiliz, the leading blockchain provider for the sports and entertainment industry, and will soon launch its official Fan Token $RSO on the Socios.com all-in-one fan engagement and rewards app.
The $RSO Fan Token will allow thousands of realzales to connect and interact with the club, enjoying exclusive promotions and discounts, opting for prizes and rewards linked to the team and, for the first time, they will be able to actively participate by voting in some questionnaires posed by the club through the Socios.com app.
Over the past year, Socios.com's partner sports clubs launched more than 300 surveys, giving their fans the chance to choose names for venues, songs to be played at the Reale Arena, designs of different media assets and even clothes… In short, they were given the chance to actively participate in the clubs' decisions. Moreover, 5,000 fans won prizes linked to their team through the app, from signed jerseys to free tickets or unique experiences.
The launching date of the $RSO Fan Token will be announced soon along with the content of the first survey.
Thanks to this agreement, our fans will be given a more active role.
